Requests and availability

Fixed-price packages show their scope, price and delivery conditions before checkout. Ready digital materials unlock in your dashboard after manual payment confirmation. Custom services are prepared to the agreed brief and uploaded to your dashboard when complete. Enquiries, project-list requests and development listings are separate from confirmed paid purchases; availability and scope must be agreed before paid custom work starts.

Proof of work · website & SEO

We agree the errors or website deliverables before work starts, show evidence and verify the result together. If agreed errors are not repaired or agreed website deliverables are not delivered, we refund the affected service package. Search rankings and work outside the agreed scope are not guaranteed. The SEO Full Audit and Repair package costs 55,000 XAF, with 24-hour digital delivery after payment confirmation, agreed scope and working access. Temporary limited site access may be needed; revoke it after handover. This service commitment takes precedence over the general refund review process.

Payments

Project prices are quoted in CFA francs (XAF). Payment instructions are issued after a quote, using the supplied MTN Mobile Money account, Bitcoin, or USDT on Ethereum. Crypto requires a separately agreed asset amount and the displayed network. Receipts are reviewed manually against received funds. Orange Money remains awaiting merchant details.

Products in development

Waitlist and development listings are concepts under review. They are not released software, finished courses, stocked products, or immediately downloadable assets.

Ownership and permitted use

Project licenses and rights are agreed per engagement. Submit only material you have permission to use. Nicegenic does not issue government documents, qualifications, or official credentials.

Community participation

Share only content you created or have permission to publish. Do not upload private documents, payment proofs, passwords, abusive content or material that infringes another person’s rights. Your display name, new posts, comments and attachments publish immediately and may be hidden by the owner. Visitors can connect without an email using a unique reserved username. Usernames do not verify real-world identity. The browser remembers your community access; save your private recovery code to return after clearing cookies or on another device. Without that code, contact us for help; identity verification may be needed before account recovery. Buyer accounts remain separate. Saved posts and reports are private. You may remove your contributions from public view; admin can hide, reject or restore content and review reports. Contact messages remain private to the team. Community uploads are not private file storage or a guarantee of business outcomes.
