Delete your NICEGENIC account

In the app: My space → Account & security → Delete account. Confirm with your password and DELETE. Access closes immediately; personal content is erased within seven days.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the email address linked to your NICEGENIC account. Ask for account and personal-data deletion. We will verify ownership before acting; never send your password or payment PIN.

You can also write directly to services@nicegenic.com. If you have lost access to your email, explain that so we can help verify ownership safely.

What happens to your information?

Your profile, private messages, uploaded personal files, saved services and device tokens are removed or anonymised. Anonymous order totals and payment audit records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Purchases and files will no longer be accessible. Retained anonymised records cannot restore your account.

Service requests already being fulfilled may need a cancellation/refund review. Ask us if you need help before deletion. Owner accounts require a safe ownership transfer first.
