Privacy in the NICEGENIC app

We use your name, email, account identifier, orders, messages and files to provide the services you request. Your password is hashed on the server; the app keeps a revocable sign-in token in device secure storage. Private customer content is protected by account ownership checks.

Files, payments and notifications

Only photos/documents you choose to attach are uploaded. Payment screenshots are reviewed manually. We do not ask for mobile-money PINs or card details in chat. Store billing, merchant payments and external push are disabled until their approved configuration is available. When activated, the selected platform/provider processes the necessary payment or notification information under its own privacy terms.

Optional push registration stores an encrypted device token tied to your sign-in. Notification previews are generic. In-app updates remain available without push permission. We do not access contacts, track precise location or sell your personal data. No advertising identifier or tracking permission is requested by this app.

NiceMessage

Registered members can find one another by name or username and send private messages. Other members cannot see your email address. Participants and NICEGENIC administrators can access these conversations for support and safety. You can block a member or report a conversation. NICEGENIC support replies may also be sent to your account email.

Retention and choices

Account data is retained while needed to deliver your account and services. Access closes immediately when you request deletion; personal content is erased within seven days. Anonymous order totals and payment audit records can be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal requirements. Temporary downloaded files are cleared at app startup/logout; files you export to other apps may remain under your control.

Public website traffic analytics use privacy-protected IP information and a 90-day retention policy. That website policy is separate from private account/order records. Server/hosting providers necessarily process connection data and security logs.

Messages and applications are shared with the selected service provider and NICEGENIC. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. Report unsafe content using the app Safety controls.
